By using HVAC Answer Guy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Educational field reference
The site provides general educational information, calculators, manufacturer-source links and AI-assisted troubleshooting. It is not a substitute for training, licensure, codes, permits, on-site judgment, manufacturer instructions or an employer safety program. Always confirm the exact model and current official literature.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for your account and for information you enter. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits or access controls, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected systems, upload unlawful material, or rely on the site to perform work outside your qualifications.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew through Stripe at the displayed interval until canceled. Monthly AI allowances are hard limits and unused responses do not roll over. Prices, features and limits may change for future billing periods with reasonable notice. You can manage or cancel through the account billing portal. Except where required by law, partial periods and used subscription periods are not refundable.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” HVAC Answer Guy does not guarantee that content is complete, current, error-free, continuously available or suitable for a particular system. To the maximum extent allowed by law, HVAC Answer Guy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, contact dom@hvacanswerguy.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
