HVAC Answer Guy is being built around a simple idea: when you are standing in front of equipment, the answer should be clear, useful, and easy to verify.

More fixing.
HVAC information is scattered across manuals, code charts, videos, message threads, and years of hard-earned field experience. This site brings the useful parts together in one place: troubleshooting guides, calculators, service-call notes, error codes, field procedures, and an AI assistant that can adjust how it explains the answer.
It is not here to replace training, safe work practices, manufacturer instructions, or a technician’s judgment. It is here to help people get oriented faster, ask better questions, and verify the next move.

Codes, procedures, safety information, and tool guidance should point back to the manufacturer or another authoritative source whenever possible.
Plain when needed
Technicians can use field language. Homeowners should receive safer, simpler explanations without being talked down to.

Feedback from working people shapes what gets corrected, expanded, and built next. The site gets better because users speak up.
